Dear Prospective Bret Harte Booster Club Sponsor,

As parent volunteers of the Bret Harte Middle School Booster Club, Nicole and I are coordinating the sponsorship portion of the annual fundraiser​ ​Run Turkey Run​ 5K/10K Run/Walk e​ vent that takes place Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2019.
The entire Bret Harte Booster Club Board is proud to keep this tradition going strong for over nine years. This wonderful family “fun run” race raises funds that directly support and provide academic, social, and athletic benefits to all Bret Harte students. More than 800 students participate in a Booster Club activity each year and we are committed to maintaining and promoting these essential programs for our school.

In addition to funding an impressive 20+ athletic teams and over 17 extra-curricular clubs, the Booster Club also directly supports the Bret Harte Physical Education Department by providing equipment for all students to use. Our organization relies on donations through sponsorship from outstanding community members like yourself. We are asking for your support to help cover expenses that include advisor salaries, referees and officials, uniforms, equipment and so much more. Your help and aid are greatly appreciated. With your monetary support at one of the sponsorship levels (please see attached form detailing levels of sponsorship opportunities) Booster Club will promote and advertise you or your business design name and or logo on the Run Turkey Run event race t-shirts worn by all attendees, volunteers, and participants registered in the event. Your company will also receive a complimentary t-shirt as our gift.
